How it works
Pair Society cleans your sneakers without you leaving the house. We pick them up from your door, clean them by hand, and bring them back in 3–5 business days. Here's what happens from your first click to the knock at your door.

We pick up across Hialeah, Miami Gardens & South Broward. Enter your zip and we'll tell you right away whether we reach your address. If we don't yet, you can join the waitlist for your zip.
2. Choose a plan or a one-time clean
Join Fresh 2 or Fresh 4 and your first standard clean is free during a 14-day trial. Or book once at $35 a pair with no plan.
3. Book a pickup
Pick a date and a pickup window. For each pair, add one photo with its brand, color, and size, so our driver can match your shoes at the door. Tell us where to find the bag, including a gate code if you have one.
4. We pick up and clean
Leave your sneakers in a bag at your address. We photograph each pair when it arrives, then clean it by hand. A standard clean covers the uppers, midsoles, light outsole grime, and laces, which we remove, wash, and re-lace.
5. We return to your door
Most pairs come back in 3–5 business days, to the same address. You can follow each pair in your account, and you can turn on text updates for pickup and return.
Covered if something goes wrong
Not happy with a clean? Tell us within 48 hours and we'll clean it again. If we damage a pair, we pay to repair or replace it, up to $200 a pair.
